PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
CHRISTMAS VALLEY DOMESTIC WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT’S CONSIDERATION OF AN ORDINANCE
CONCERNING WATER SYSTEM UTILITY RULES, REGULTATIONS, RATES, AND CHARGES, AND AN
ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONTROL OF WATER SYSTEM UTILITY CROSS CONNECTIONS
Notice is hereby given that the Christmas Valley Domestic Water Supply District (“District”) Board of Directors
(“Board”) is expected to consider adopting the following two ordinances (the “Ordinances”) at two separate
Board meetings:
(1) An ordinance adopting certain rules, regulations, rates, and charges concerning District’s water system
utility.
(2) An ordinance providing for the control of District’s water system utility cross connections.
The first public meeting at which the Ordinances will be considered will be held at District’s administrative
office located at 87379 Holly Lane, Christmas Valley, Oregon 97641 at 5:30 pm on April 9, 2025.
The second public meeting at which the Ordinances will be considered will be held at District’s administrative
office located at 87379 Holly Lane, Christmas Valley, Oregon 97641 at 5:00 pm on May 14, 2025.
Copies of the Ordinances are available for public inspection at District’s administrative office located at 87379
Holly Lane, Christmas Valley, OR 97641 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
